Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer non-judgmental, unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.

What is a Labor Doula?

A Labor Doula is a professional labor assistant who provides emotional, physical and informational support to the pregnant person and their partner during labor.

The Process

From our initial meeting I take the time to get to know you, your birth plan, your concerns and your needs.

My Labor Doula service is an intimate experience. My goal is to support you and encourage your partner to support you as well It is a family experience! I would like to meet with you at least twice, depending on the package you choose, I will consult with you with specific questions and go over the my repertoire of emotional and physical support. 

I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
